At Zomonics, owned and operated by Perfect Stock LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process.
Returnable Items
To return a product, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
- Condition: The product must be in its original, unwashed, and unused condition.
- Packaging: Return the item in its undamaged, original packaging.
- Inclusions: Include all original tags, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and any freebies that came with the product.
Return Charges
- Restocking Fee: There will be no charge for restocking.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of customer remorse (exchange or replacement).
- Return Shipping: For customer remorse cases, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. For returns due to damaged, incorrect, or defective products, Zomonics will cover the return shipping charges.
Return Process
Returns are accepted for both incorrect or faulty products and customer remorse.
For Incorrect or Damaged/Defective Products
If you happen to receive a product that is inaccurate, damaged, or defective:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via live chat or email at support@zomonics.com.
- Investigation: Our customer support agent will investigate your case and guide you through the process.
- Replacement: If the product is in stock, a replacement will be arranged.
- Return: If the product is not in stock, we will initiate a return and email you a shipping label.
- Shipping: Pack the item as received, attach the provided label, and our logistics partner will pick up the item from your doorstep.
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If it satisfies our return conditions, we will process a refund.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used.
For Customer Remorse (Replacement/Exchange/Non-Defective Product)
If you wish to replace or exchange a non-defective product:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via live chat or email at support@zomonics.com.
- Guidance: Our support agent will provide instructions.
- Shipping: If the item meets the criteria for replacement/exchange, ship it to our return address using any courier service.
- Tracking: Share the tracking number with our support agent via email.
- Inspection: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and inform you of the decision.
- Exchange: If approved, the exchange will be processed and the customer will bear the shipping charges.
- Gift Voucher: In cases where the customer no longer wants the item, a gift voucher equivalent to the product’s value can be offered.
- Non-refundable Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
