1. What is the return policy for Zomonics?
Zomonics offers a 30-day return policy for all products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unwashed, and unused condition. All original tags, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and freebies must be included with the returned product. After we receive and review your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. Once authorized, the refund will be completed within 10 business days and credited to the initial payment mode.

No restocking fee applies to returned items. However, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer incase of remorse/return. In case Zomonics sent you wrong/faulty product, we will pay the return shipping charges.
