Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available for incorrect or defective products delivered within 24 hours of delivery date. After that time, refunds are not accepted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift items and promotional products are not eligible for refunds.
- Gift Vouchers: In cases where the customer decides they no longer want the product or just want to exchange with another product, we can issue a gift voucher equivalent to the product’s value.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Undelivered Orders
- Full Refund: If your order or item is not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation after Ordering
- Orders can be cancelled within two hours after you place the order.
- Once your package is picked up by logistic company from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled. In such a case you have to return the product after receiving. Please read our Returns Policy

- Packing: Securely pack the product and affix the shipping label to the box.
- Pickup: Our logistics partner will pick up the parcel from your doorstep.
- Inspection: Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
- Refund Notification: If the product passes our return criteria, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
- Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 10 business days.
